Find the right starting point for you

Whether you're looking for in-home kinesiology, virtual kinesiology, or individualized exercise programming, every client begins with an Initial Assessment. Available in-home or virtually, this one-on-one session allows us to discuss your goals, review your health and movement history, and determine the approach that's right for you. From there, a personalized plan will be developed to help you build strength, improve stability, and discover what's possible. All appointments are booked securely through Jane.
