Helping you build strength for the things that matter.

I started SC Kinesiology because I believe exercise is about so much more than sets, reps, or chasing perfection. It's about helping people rediscover what they're capable of and giving them the confidence to do the things that make life meaningful.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the strength, stability, confidence and independence that movement can provide. Regardless of age, ability or circumstance.

My Approach combines evidence-based exercise with practical, individualized coaching to help you build strength, stability and confidence that carries over into everyday life.

My Background

I've been working as a Kinesiologist since 2020 and have experience supporting clients across both Ontario and British Columbia in a variety of clinical, community, and fitness settings.

I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at Queen's University before earning my Master of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. During my graduate studies, I focused on the role of exercise in neurological rehabilitation, with particular interest in supporting individuals living with stroke and spinal cord injury.

Beyond the Clinic

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me doing exactly what I encourage others to do - moving.

I believe in practicing what I preach, and staying active is a big part of who I am. Whether I'm strength training in the gym, out on my bike, racing crits with my team, or exploring the incredible landscapes BC has to offer, I love challenging myself and experiencing the physical and mental benefits that movement provides.

When I'm ready for a slower pace, you'll often find me curled up with a good book or working on a creative project.

These experiences remind me that movement looks different for everyone. It doesn't have to mean lifting the heaviest weights or running the fastest races. It's about finding activities that bring you joy, keep you healthy, and allow you to live the life you want.

That's the same philosophy I bring to every client I work with.
